Job description

Arkido Web Services is looking for a Python Developer to build practical business applications, automation tools, data-driven solutions, and AI-powered features. The candidate should enjoy solving real-world business problems through Python programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python applications, scripts, and automation workflows.
• Build and maintain applications using Pandas, NumPy, and other relevant libraries.
• Develop APIs and backend functionality.
• Work with databases, data processing, and third-party integrations.
• Build prototypes and business tools using Streamlit or similar frameworks.
• Integrate AI models and APIs into business applications and chatbots.
• Write readable, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Test, debug, document, and deploy applications.
• Use Git and GitHub for source control and collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Python programming.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data manipulation.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, databases, and exception handling.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and virtual environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop maintainable solutions.

Preferred skills

• Streamlit and Jupyter Notebook.
• FastAPI or Flask.
• OpenAI API and large language model integrations.
• Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
• SQL, cloud deployment, and workflow automation.
